Chef Edy brings an impressive culinary pedigree to his role as Executive Chef at Momoyama in Fountain Valley, CA. With experience honed at some of California’s most renowned Japanese restaurants, Chef Edy has worked alongside culinary giants, including the owner-chef of the two-Michelin-starred N/Naka and Chef Yoshizumi, whose $500 omakase restaurant earned its own Michelin star. At N/Soto, Chef Edy further refined his craft, mastering the art of Japanese cuisine.
